Your answers here define your core values. You can show varying levels of agreeableness, but at the root of each dilemma, you will never go against your core values.

Core values can often be described as simple and single words. Most will say they value something like honesty, respect, trust and transparency. You should seriously consider these as a core value and we will discuss them individually. Perhaps you would like to add other your own flavour of values such as loyalty, compassion, teamwork, growth or something else1.

You will directly or indirectly become known by the values you live by. Your core values will shine through whatever you say and do. Your reputation will gather the right people with similar values around you, especially in bad weather.

Trust not only the other to do what is right, but also trust that trust will be maintained. Growth is based on respect. If you respect yourself, you will want to improve yourself.
